SCREEN PRINTING
Screen Printing makes an affordable, fast apparel printing option for multiple of the same design onto apparel. All of our screen printing is completed on the Central Coast, with nothing being outsourced overseas or interstate. Our screen printing services are fast, friendly and of the highest quality.
What is SCREEN PRINTING?
With screen printing, a stencil is made up of your designed and burned into a mesh 'screen', then ink is passed through the screen and onto your garment. The ink is then cured through a dryer to ensure it is correctly adhered to your garment.
SCREEN PRINTING OR DTG?
Depending on your invidivual needs, some jobs may be better suited to screen printing, and some better to DTG. Screen Printing has a minimum of 20 items. DTG has no minimums.
DTG can only be printed onto cotton apparel, Screen Printing can be printed onto a variety of garments.
Screen Printing has a setup cost for creating the screen, DTG has no setup costs.
Screen Printing is fast for bulk orders, DTG can take a lot longer to print.
Screen Printing needs to have a screen created for each colour in the design. DTG can print any colour or range of colours without a setup.
